Delivery

Once your order is complete, we will immediatley start creating your piece in our studio. With each piece made-to-order, please allow 3–4 weeks for us to create your unique Alina Abegg treasure. Available pieces are ready to ship within 2–4 working days.

Insurance

Have peace of mind knowing that your order is covered by DHL and FedEx insurance along the entire shipping journey.

Returns

While we do not accept returns as each piece is made-to-order, in the case that you are not satisfied, we can work together to exchange any item within 5 days of delivery.
